I just had my first chance to do this email to your company, back on January 16 this year I had hired your brand new Limo (about a month old I recall) for a suprise for my wife 50th birthday.What I would like to say is first what a great driver you provided us with the only thing is His name has slipped us at the moment sorry about that but I am thinking you could pass this infomation on to him. His service to us was more than he needed to do, nothing was to much trouble for him from arranging the pick up of my daughters at another hotel to then coming to our hotel with my family all hidden inside the limo out of sight from my wife.

The surprise look on my wife face when she opened that door of that Limo was priceless.After all that your driver then was happy to take all our photos of our 2 hour tour in your Limo and also like to say what a great photographer he was all the pictuers turned out beautiful. Hopefully he can still remember all of us and pass on our greatest thankyou to him for being part of and making it a special day for us all.

Each time we got out of the car to take photographs the boys would put their suit jackets back on, despite the 42 degree heat! which just showed how professional they were. Walking away from the cars to the water location, one of your boys carried the eski of drinks down to us to ensure that we were well hydrated, and the boys took care of the girls flowers spraying them with water... we just cannot praise the boys enough for making our day (in the sweltering heat!) one to remember. I have been meaning to email you about the cars & drivers we hired through you for our wedding on 13 December 2008.

Just a quick refresh, we hired the Mercedes S Class Super Stretch (10 passengers W/220 series) & Mercedes CLK 320 Convertible (3 passengers W/209 series).

The cars were immaculate, the champage was fantastic, the nibblies were delicious and the drivers were so professional!

The guy who drove the convertible (sorry I cannot remember his name) with the groomsmen and also drove the getaway which was the same convertible, was absolutely fantastic! I couldn't fault him!
He was onto everything, whenever I was getting out of the car he was there to help me with my dress, if my dress was about to touch the ground he was there faster than lightning giving me a helping hand. He took great care with the groomsmen whilst he drove them around, he made sure everyone had cool refreshments. He was so subtle with everything he did, he was aware of everything happening around him and if he could see something needed to be done he was right there without a word.

I have to say he was better than my bridesmaids!

Mark and I were so taken back by his excellent customer service, I wish more people were like him. With all the people I have dealt with putting this wedding together, he was a breath of fresh air. I have found a lot of companies to make me feel like they were doing me a favour even though I was paying them. Just as I was losing faith in todays customer service, we meet your gem of an Employee!

Sorry I know I am going on and on, but I have worked in customer service for many years and rarely ever compliment someone on their customer service skills, but his man took pride in his job, appearance and drove with ease.

I will definitely be recommending your services to anyone and everyone.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Anthony and Mark who were our drivers on the day of our wedding (12 April 2008). As the cars arrived I was immediately impressed by the look of them, and they arrived early, which also put my mind at ease! I was getting nervous and they chatted to me and their advice actually calmed me down (so not only have you got a fantastic car company, you also have some great advice-givers!). When the time came to leave, the drivers helped me in the car and ensured my bridesmaids, my parents and I were very comfortable. This helping in and out of the car continued throughout the day " it was very much appreciated!

As I got out of the car your drivers held my dress so it wouldnTt get dirty and fixed my dress as I was about to walk down the aisle.

Following the service, we went to Bicentennial Park at Homebush for photos and your drivers continued to impress me. After a few photos they had set up some nibblies and drinks for us to enjoy. It was just what we needed! Then the drive to the Epping club was lovely and I hear from the Bridal Party that they had a very good time in the limousine!

And our getaway car was fantastic " the lovely convertible we had during the day, however, instead of putting the roof up for the trip into the city, the driver left it down, which was great, particularly driving through the city " it was a terrific way to end the night! And on top of it all, the driver not only dropped us off at the hotel, but he brought our bags into the lobby for us.

Both my husband and I are extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, friendliness and courtesy the drivers showed. Even the boss called a few times to ensure things were running smoothly. And of course, it always was. I have no hesitation in recommending your company to other people. There is not a bad word I could say about your company and they way they handled everything on the day. We were looking for a car company that could get us from A to B. However, we got much more than that. We got a car company that cared about us. A company that would go above and beyond their call of duties!

I would like to thank acc for their superb service on our wedding day on 10 Nov 2007. The weather turned out great after a week or two of rain.

Spiro arrived 20 minutes before expected, poor thing waiting outside till us girls were ready.

Spiro was so easy going and patient and conducted the most professional service that I have ever received.

Well what can I say the car was great the Driver cool, calm and pleasant. He arrived amid the chaos. It was reassuring to know that the boys were at the gardens and that it wasn’t raining YET.

We arrived as promised just a few minutes late for good luck. The rain held off till they said “I do” and then down it came but the driver confidently followed the Photographers directions and the photos were taken. Out came the drinks and nibbles and were much appreciated.

"Our wedding was on 25th October and we used your cars for our official
wedding party, and for the reception departure. I wanted to send this note to say "Thank You" to you and to the drivers on the day.
We had a big rainstorm in between the church ceremony and the reception, and your drivers were very understanding in coping with our need to change plans to accommodate this. It was great to be able to rely on their calm support when we were getting flustered by unco-operative weather!
It was also a wonderful surprise to have a convertible Mercedes for the reception departure, which we had not booked. It really added a final touch of style and excitement to our wedding!

The team you have working for you are a credit to you! The 2 drivers were absolutely fantastic!

I was very anxious and nervous when i got our of the car at the church, and just before walking down the aisle of the church I felt someone behind me fixing up the back of my dress and veil... I turned around and to my surprise it was one of your drivers. I was just so overwhelmed with the professionalism he showed. He really made me feel at ease. I thanked him and he said 'its all part of the job'! It just blew me away.
I know its such a little thing but its things like that made my wedding day so special and one to remember.
